This hands‑on role involves delivering high‑quality carpentry repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, ensuring residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well maintained.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day carpentry repairs in occupied properties as part of a responsive maintenance service
• Replace and repair internal doors, frames, handles, locks, and hinges
