Job Title: Caretaker / Handyperson

Job Type: Ongoing Contract

Location: Birmingham

Rate of pay: Paye £13.21ph

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (30 min unpaid break)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment across the site.
• Manage the car park and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Act as a point of contact for clients.
• Support occasional additional duties as required to contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous proven experience in general maintenance.
