St. Leonard’s Primary School is offering the opportunity for a highly motivated, hard‑working and enthusiastic caretaker to join our team.

20 hours per week

Pro rata approximately, £13,277 - £13,705 (subject to the National Joint Council (NJC) pay award from April 2026, pending agreement)

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of school caretaking, or a similar and relevant role.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to understand and apply regulations around Health and Safety, including carrying out and recording compliance checks.
• Be friendly and approachable, flexible, resilient and hard‑working.
