Job Purpose

As a Carer Adviser you will work directly with unpaid adult carers to provide high‑quality information, advice and practical support. You will help carers access services, engage with communities and maintain their caregiving role. By completing statutory Carer Assessments, developing personalised support plans and collaborating with health, social care and voluntary partners, you will support carers’ mental, physical, emotional and economic wellbeing, reduce crises and improve access to local resources.

Role Description

1. Carer Support: Meet carers in person, by telephone and online to build trusting relationships. Provide clear information, advice and support.
