Care Partner Job Description Purpose:

• To provide personal care and assist in monitoring the wellbeing and the environment of the residents receiving assisted living services.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• • CNA, or previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred. • Current CNA license, other license, or ability to obtain as required by State regulatory agency. • Ability to take blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, and O2 Sat or ability to learn. • Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials • Must maintain current Food Handlers credentials • Must maintain annual Continuing Education Credits • Must enjoy working with seniors. • Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and team members. • Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectivel...
