Banquo Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager (CQC) to join our team and oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services for children, young people, and adults across Liverpool and Manchester. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, supporting our mission to be the provider of choice and make a difference in the lives of those we support.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire the domiciliary care team to deliver person-centred services to children, young people, and adults.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant statutory and contractual requirements.
