Job Responsibilities

• Ensure healthcare and daily living needs of residents in the Home are well taken care of to promote independent living of residents and to enhance their overall quality of life.
• Provide person-centric care to residents through basic nursing care procedures under the direction of Staff Nurse (SN) and/or Enrolled Nurse (EN), and supporting residents' general well-being and living conditions.
• Provide basic physiological monitoring of residents on a monthly basis and report any health issues to SN/EN for follow-up.
• Conduct daily vital signs monitoring for all residents and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Assist residents in their activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living to maximise their independent living skills.
