Relevant experience: 8–10 years in product management across cards, prepaid, and digital payments, with at least 5 years focused on SME or Business Banking portfolios in the UAE/GCC.
Mandatory requirements - Proven experience in card issuing and payment processing, with end‑to‑end experience on product portfolio launch (prepaid or debit).
- UAE market experience in Small‑to‑Medium Enterprise / Commercial Card segments.
- Experience coordinating with technology, operations, credit, risk and finance teams on card product launches.
- Immediately available.
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic preferred.
