Position Description

The Cardiovascular Division, Department of Medicine, Washington University School of Medicine is a national leader in the delivery of high-quality cardiovascular care to a large, diverse patient population with a range of cardiovascular care needs, in training the next generation of leaders in cardiovascular medicine, and in conducting basic, translational, clinical, and population research to improve cardiovascular outcomes.

To expand its heart failure program, the Division is seeking a Heart Failure specialist at the Assistant or Associate Professor of Medicine level.The heart failure group incorporates practices at the Center for Advanced Medicine, and its two outreach sites in West and South St. Louis County, and contributes to inpatient heart failure cardiac care in the CCU, high-risk cardiology service, and the consultation service.
