Job Description

Develops and manages new and existing programs by recommending, monitoring or adjusting appropriate plant operating procedures to meet program requirements within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program vendor activities including design, tooling, and parts suppliers to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met according to customer requirements and schedules.
• Prepares quotations for piece cost and tooling. Provides technical launch support at customer assembly locations.
• Controls program budget: plan vs. actual.
• Ensures closure of actions in Lear Pro (LPMP) assigned to the program in all project phases, including actions assigned to the Cross Functional Team.
• Ensures DCN closure on time aligned with SOP.
