Position Overview
Job Description
Provide legal counsel on capital markets transactions, including public and private securities offerings.Draft and negotiate transaction documents, such as underwriting agreements, purchase agreements, and registration statements.Advise clients on regulatory compliance and disclosure requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex legal matters effectively.Conduct due diligence and assess risks associated with financial transactions.Stay updated on developments in securities law and advise clients accordingly.Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the department.
