The role
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associates to join our dynamic team in Beijing and Shanghai. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of Greater China IPO transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation related to Greater China equity captial markets transactions. Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders in connection with the issuance of debt securities.Conduct legal research and provide advice on a broad range of issues pertaining to debt capital markets, including regulatory compliance and corporate governance.Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.Participate in clien...
