Position Summary
Assists in the leadership of the Asset Protection and office areas and processes, responds to problems and inquiries and develops associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion. Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.
What you'll do
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Asset Protection Operations Coach and the Store Leadership Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of tasks in receiving, claims and office support.
