Position Overview
Join a team dedicated to making healthcare navigation easier and more supportive for patients. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact helping patients understand their care journey while coordinating closely with providers and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
+ Serve as a liaison by guiding patients through ER visits, inpatient resources, and care programs
+ Provide education and support through various communication channels, including inbound/outbound calls
+ Assist with benefits, enrollment, and coordination alongside brokers and benefits specialists
+ Ensure smooth transitions between care settings with accurate documentation and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
+ Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced or call center environment
+ Experience with care coordination, prior authorization, and insurance/benefits verification
+ High attention to detail with data entry (including Excel)
