**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Certifications in CPP, PSP, CPTED.
+ Experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
+ Experience managing budgets and performing costs analysis.
+ Track record of managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment.
