Northwestern Mutual - Ontario seeks a Campus Recruiter to recruit, select, onboard and run our financial advisor internship program. In this role, the Campus Recruiter will be a member of the leadership team and collaborate closely with our College Unit Director, Managing Director, and Chief Recruitment Officer to achieve our office campus recruiting and development goals. This position will be responsible for creating and executing on sourcing and selection strategies, while building brand awareness on campus and developing deep relationships with key campus leaders.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, strategic, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required, and company-specific training will be provided.
