Reporting to the Campus Manager/Associate Dean, the incumbent provides administrative, clerical, and technical support for faculty, staff and students. They provide committee support, and back up administrative support to members of the Campus Leadership Team as required. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Acting as first point of contact for the department, providing information and customer service related to the Academic portfolio including department walk-ins, email and phone inquiries.
• Assessing and where required, triaging/escalating complex and/or sensitive issues.
