Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
  • Handle customer service hotline and provide the first level of support from OMNI Channels
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
  • Follow standard operating procedures closely
  • Work as a team and ensure that the contact center service level is met
Period
  • Contract (1 year) renewable
Location
  • Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm
  • Up to $2,300 + Bonus
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / NITEC / GCE O Level or equivalent
  • Minimum C5 for English O Level
  • Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry
