Description
Seeking experienced Healthcare Call Center Representatives to support a high-volume Patient Access team. This role is responsible for handling inbound patient calls related to insurance eligibility, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and demographic updates while meeting strict call center productivity and quality metrics.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior healthcare call center experience, possess strong insurance knowledge, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with minimal training.


MUST HAVE Qualifications

+ Previous high-volume inbound healthcare call center experience.

+ Experience using Epic.

+ Strong healthcare insurance knowledge.

+ Experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
