JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Answer calls and process invoices.
+ Review and improve any processes that resulted in a poor customer experience, creating a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Offer problem solving solutions to customers and colleagues with a ‘can do’ attitude.
+ Manage external agencies for call ‘overflow’ management.
+ Work closely with 70+ locations to ensure software training and compliance (that enables agents to dispatch techs)
+ Stay up to date on construction, accidents, traffic, and other situations that may hinder service crews and alerting crews to these issues.
REQUIREMENTS
+ Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in the office and remotely)
+ Self-motivated and committed to performing in a drama free culture.
