Call Center Representative / Sales Representative

Compensation

Salary: $XXXXX per hour (80 hours every 2 weeks, $6,240 before taxes) + commissions ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 based on sales, unlimited.

Work Schedule

• 7:30am CST to 4:30pm CST
• 8:00am CST to 5:00pm CST
• 9:00am CST to 6:00pm CST
• 10:00am CST to 7:00pm CST

Requirements

• 85% level English proficiency minimum
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Outbound/Inbound support experience desirable
• Documentation and record‑keeping habits
• Self‑motivated
• Inglés (preferido)

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers to confirm and assess their current debt situation
• Clearly and persuasively explain our debt settlement/enrollment programs
