Job Description
We are hiring Call Center Agents for a Telco Account. The role involves helping customers with billing concerns, account inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and inquiries
- Assist with billing, account, and service concerns
- Provide basic troubleshooting for mobile or internet issues
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate when needed
- Record customer interactions accurately
- Meet performance and attendance goals
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
