Position Overview
Manage incoming Calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist customers by providing product and service details
Address and resolve issues promptly and accurately
Handle account updates, service requests, and related transactions
Keep record updated and document customer interactions
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and performance standards
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
Willing To Work On Site
Education: At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
Basic computer literacy
Good Communication skills
