Hybrid: this role requires a minimum of three onsite days per week at Oshawa Elevation Center. Responsibilities

Develop calibration data sets for current and future vehicle platforms, including hybrid applications, covering Electrification Thermal Device Controls/Diagnostics and System Diagnostics. Leverage engineering training to understand physical systems and software controls, troubleshoot issues, develop test plans, and complete calibration work. Collect in-vehicle and laboratory data, perform bulk data analysis, and conduct performance verification on bench and in-vehicle to ensure robust execution of diagnostic and controls calibrations. Engage in cross-functional teams, handle multiple projects and priorities, and balance planned and unplanned work. Travel up to ~30 days per year, primarily to Milford Proving Grounds in Michigan and other U.S./Canada locations; occasional travel to Markham Elevation Centre. Required Qualifications
