JOB TITLE: Café Manager
Full-Time Management Position, Reporting to the Regional General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to -day management of Café operations at our existing and future locations in NOVA and DC. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Resolution, Cleanliness, Sanitation Standards, Safety, Staff Training, Scheduling, Supervising, Cost Control, Maintaining and monitoring inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Positive, thoughtful and approachable
· Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite
