The Foods Supervisor directs daily operations of the Macy’s Café, ensuring an efficient, professional, safe, and profitable operation while upholding Macy’s Foods Division standards and expectations. The Foods Supervisor works alongside colleagues to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted food and beverage products.

The Foods Supervisor coaches and develops team members, maintains an encouraging and energetic work environment, and partners with leadership to support sales, profitability, and compliance goals.
