ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

+ Responsible for overseeing and executing the daily cafe in the Food and Beverage outlets.

+ Set up and preparation of all assigned locations

+ Check in food deliveries and verify with warehouse team

+ Replenish, restock, maintain all food items and food related items as needed and/or directed by management

+ Maintain a high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness.

+ Prepare food and beverage orders for customers

+ Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and reporting any operating issues

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of all walk in and reach in refrigerator and freezers in compliance with local health code

+ Always conduct self in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.

+ Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently; maintenance of work area and proper food storage; opening and closing duties
