Essential Functions

Monitor and organize Chef’s schedule for sous chef and executive chef Creating weekly menu cards with allergens and proper ingredients used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. VERY IMPORTANT-Meticulous with editing, proof reading and correcting weekly menus to ensure correct spelling,

punctuation to distribute to kitchen team.

Correspond with HR department about employees including vacation requests and sick leave. Request office inventory and supplies from purchasers and alerting maintenance team to repair

kitchen equipment to ensure safety.

Input data for prep list, recap data entry of daily meal consumptions by employees and guests.
