Job Description
We are hiring a CAD Designer to support our construction projects. The role involves preparing technical drawings and layouts for architectural, structural, and MEPF works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. The CAD Designer will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver quality outputs on time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related technical course
- Licensed professionals are an advantage but not required
- Open to newly graduates; work experience in drafting/design is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge in SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software is a plus)
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes and standards is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
