Position Overview
1. Technical Expertise & Support - Deliver detailed product demonstrations presentations and training sessions on cable fault location Very Low Frequency (VLF) testing and Partial Discharge (PD) diagnostic systems.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers distributors and internal teams.
- Assist customers in interpreting test results and offer diagnostic insights or recommended actions for cable condition assessment.
- Support the commissioning setup and calibration of MV/HV testing and PD measurement equipment.
- Prepare technical documentation user guides and training materials to enhance client understanding and equipment utilization.
- Liaise with the engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback on product performance feature enhancements and market requirements.
