Entry level position performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce cables, harnesses, and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies that conform to ISO9000 Work Instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities:

Perform a repetitive and wide range of mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects; perform assembly of complex discrete wire harnesses and multi-conductor jacketed cables, coax, twin-ax, and tri-ax cables, power, and flat cable assemblies.

Assembles, modifies reworks, and/or reassembles production components, utilizing drawing, picking tickets, processing documentation, and/or verbal instructions.

Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, solder pot, crimpers, and pinning machine.
