Job Title: Senior Buyer
Responsibilities

+ Execute and monitor purchase orders while maintaining proactive communication with suppliers regarding delivery timelines, shipment tracking, documentation, and any issues related to delivery, quality, or payment

+ Maintain and validate ERP system data for assigned items, ensuring accuracy and integrity

+ Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve supplier performance across multiple commodity areas (electrical, mechanical, optical, and equipment)

+ Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery, quality, and technical issues

+ Support internal and external customer satisfaction through effective supply chain execution

+ Ensure compliance with supply chain, accounting, and purchasing procedures
