Position Overview
- Manage the full purchasing process from sourcing and RFQ to negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow‑up.
- Review and purchase materials, components, and equipment as directed by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
- Review material status and expedite deliveries with vendors to ensure the production schedule is met.
- Coordinate with planning and suppliers to ensure on‑time material delivery for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for inventory management, reviewing and executing pre‑set stocking rules periodically.
- Liaise with logistics companies for shipment arrangement, status updates, and customs declaration.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives concerning quality, delivery fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Process all purchasing documentation, including vendor setup and matching/submission of PO, DN, and invoices to Finance.
