Salary & Hours

$24.50 hourly. 30 to 40 hours per week. Permanent full‑time employment.

Shift Options

Morning, Day, Evening, Shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• Wrap and package prepared meats.
• Weigh meats for sale.
• Cut poultry into parts.
• Sell meats to customers.
• Grind meats.
• Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry and seafood.
• Prepare special orders.

Education

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year.
