Role Purpose

The Business Value Architect is responsible for architecting, quantifying, and realising business value across strategic, data, AI, digital, and technology initiatives. The role combines strategic value design (architecture) with hands-on value modelling and benefits realisation ( engineering ) to ensure that initiatives are clearly aligned to strategy, prioritised based on value, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

• Design enterprise and portfolio-level value frameworks aligned to strategic objectives.
• Define value hypotheses, outcome hierarchies, and value chains for initiatives.
• Develop and validate financial and non-financial value models (Business Value Engineer capability).
• Support and challenge business cases ensuring outcome- and value-based investment decisions.
