Business Unit Controller


What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Business Unit Controller to join our team and provide hands-on support for assigned divisions in key financial and accounting operations – with primary focus on cash flow and forecasting.

What you’ll do:

+ Collaborate as a strategic partner with executive leadership to forecast fiscal year revenue, margin, change orders, contingencies, job cost, and overhead.

+ Manage and develop a team of Project Accountants with compassion for employee development.

+ Prepare and present monthly Business Unit and Joint Venture financial reports.

+ Monitor key metrics of financial health including cash position and job profit and drive effective cash management.

+ Continuously develop improved reporting and analysis to support Division Management.
