We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner closely with product and technical teams to gather requirements, support system design, and ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions for supplier and procurement initiatives.

JD-

Gather, analyze, and document business and stakeholder requirements

Create clear documentation including user stories, functional specs, workflows, and data models

Support KPI definition and documentation (business rules, calculations, metadata)

Lead feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for system enhancements

Collaborate through planning, development, testing, and deployment phases

Validate data accuracy and deliver timely analyses and ad-hoc reports

Incorporate security and compliance requirements into system designs
