Maintain rate locks, relocks, extensions, renegotiations, and pricing updates

Perform manual loan data updates and validate eligibility/pricing rules

Support reporting, audits, and testing during rule rollouts

Manage high-volume email queues and resolve pipeline issues with stakeholders

Ensure accuracy and compliance across mortgage operations

Strong math aptitude (percentages, rates, calculations)

Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency

Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Mortgage industry experience

Experience with Empower, Encompass, SPARK, or PollyEx
