Job Description
The Business Relationship Coordinator (BRC) is responsible for growing a credit union’s small business lending and deposit portfolio by developing new relationships, generating loan opportunities, and expanding existing member accounts. The role combines sales, relationship management, and credit oversight, including partnering with internal teams to structure deals, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure a seamless member experience. The BRC also represents the credit union in the community, builds referral networks, and serves as a trusted advisor to small and mid-sized business members.
