Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain a framework to document, standardize, and align business processes with strategic goals.Analyze and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign “to-be” processes, and implement improvements.Lead process improvement initiatives, manage change effectively, and ensure smooth implementation across teams.Develop metrics to track process performance, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.Work with all business units to drive process improvements collaboratively and support strategic transformation projects.Introduce new tools, automation, and emerging practices to enhance process operations.Lead the Business Process Office team, establish governance for process changes, and manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives.Promote a culture of process excellence, conduct training, and engage employe...
