Position Overview
Chatbot Operations & Optimization - Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize chatbot workflows, conversation flows, and knowledge content to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and standardize SOPs, best practices, and performance benchmarks across markets.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvements.
Project Management - Lead chatbot-related projects across teams and markets, ensuring timely delivery against objectives.
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage project timelines, and track key milestones.
- Provide regular progress updates and performance insights to senior management.
