To work independently and provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support for the Personal & Private Banking, Technology portfolio. Applying specialist knowledge and judgment to resolve complex challenges, and providing business partnering advisory support to stakeholders within the portfolio, offering P&C guidance to support the overall people experience and business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Minimum qualifications

Degree in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science.

Experience required

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in People & Culture, preferably supporting the Technology portfolio.
