Job Title: Temporary full‑time Business Partner – People, Culture and Performance

Employment Status: Temporary Full‑Time

Salary: $99,600 – $117,200 per year

Start Date: Immediate (position valid until 15June2028)

Location: Toronto (67 College Street) or Brampton (100 Parkshore Drive). Hybrid environment with a minimum of 40% on‑site presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain team‑oriented partnerships with leaders, employees, and unions to support business objectives.
• Provide strategic input on operational people‑management issues and lead regional delivery of business partner services.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, offer coaching, and advise on People, Culture and Performance programs, policies and services.
