Client project coordination

• Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system. Escalate unclear orders to relevant stakeholders
• Support the delivery management team with general day‑to‑day operational tasks and address potential issues when they arise
• Clean up OneDrive Research Library folders and compare to Final Report library to Global Delivery tracker weekly
• Download GAN documents and save into tasking folder with every order
• Update client‑specific trackers and match to Global Delivery tracker daily

Financial support

• Provide internal and external reports on database usage
• Manage and execute subcontractor purchasing process, verifying data input to ensure accuracy of purchase orders and corresponding supplier invoices
