Core Responsibilities
Analyse business operations, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Collect, interpret, and evaluate operational data to support key business decisions. Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track business performance. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and productivity studies to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with management to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions. Prepare detailed business reports, forecasts, and operational planning documents. Coordinate with different departments (sales, finance, logistics, HR, procurement) to streamline operations. Evaluate operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
