And behind every great range is a smart, strategic planning team making it happen. We’re on the hunt for a Business Manager – Planning to lead our Soft Goods (Clothing & Footwear) business unit — a dynamic, seasonal and high-impact category where great planning truly drives performance. 

Why this role matters 

This is a senior leadership role at the centre of our merchandising engine. You’ll lead the planning strategy, inventory investment, and demand planning capability for your business unit — ensuring the right product lands in the right place, at the right time, to drive sales, margin and stock productivity. You’ll also lead a high-performing team, shape how we plan across channels, and influence outcomes right across the business.
