Setting targets in compliance with company policy.Creating a strategic plan to achieve the target.Overseeing the implementation of the strategic plan.Organizing overall processes and operations across the business unit.Motivating and driving all managers and employees effectively.Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the business unit.Foreseeing trends as well as business opportunities. Qualifications
Master or Higher Degree in Pharmacy or related field.At least 10 years of experience at the management level.Experience in the Hospital sector is preferable.Good command of English.Strategic mind and ability to influence others.Self-motivated and problem solverEnergetic, well handle with pressure, self-motivated, and looking for a challenge
