Position Overview

Being part of the On-Trade team developing our brands in the growing channels looking to gain market share in a profitable way. Belong to a team that is changing the model, with focus on developing our brands in the proximity channel.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
  • Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
  • Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
  • You will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
