DiCE – Business Manager

As a Business Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, combining hands-on business development with the leadership responsibilities of team management. You’ll build a strong network within the IT staffing industry, develop long-term client relationships, manage your own consultant portfolio, and lead a team of Business Managers toward achieving their commercial goals.

You act as both a trusted partner to clients and a team leader internally, driving performance, strategy, and execution.
