Position Overview
Job Description - Drive business growth initiatives for the SME lending business, including portfolio expansion, P&L optimization, product enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Support business planning, market research, and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Risk, Product, Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Compliance to execute strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key business and portfolio metrics, conduct deep‑dive analyses, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Take ownership of business projects and contribute to both short‑term targets and long‑term growth objectives.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or in a related field, with relevant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Banking, FinTech, Technology is strongly preferred.
